MCTV Digital, Inc. d/b/a MCTV Elite Advertising (“MCTV Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS text messaging services to our advertising clients. By opting in to receive SMS messages from MCTV Digital, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Opt-In & Consent
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from MCTV Digital through the following methods:
- Public Lead Form: When you fill out the lead intake form at mctvofms.com/get-started/, you provide your phone number and, by submitting the form, expressly consent to receive SMS messages from MCTV Digital about your advertising inquiry. The consent disclosure is shown directly above the form.
- Client Portal Sign-Up: When you create an account on our Client Portal at bot.mctvofms.com, you may check the consent box agreeing to receive text messages from MCTV Digital.
- Advertising Contract: When you sign an advertising contract with MCTV Digital, you provide your phone number and consent to receive account-related SMS communications.
- Direct Request: You may request to receive SMS notifications by contacting us directly at portal@mctvofms.com or by calling (601) 201-8202.
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from MCTV Digital at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Types of Messages
SMS messages from MCTV Digital may include:
- Account notifications and onboarding updates
- Monthly advertising traction report alerts
- Invoice and payment reminders
- Contract and proposal notifications
- Campaign performance updates
- Service announcements and maintenance alerts
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You can expect to receive approximately 1 to 10 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during active onboarding or billing periods.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from MCTV Digital. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at portal@mctvofms.com or by calling (601) 201-8202.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply to any messages you send or receive. MCTV Digital does not charge a fee for sending SMS messages, but you are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on most major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Delivery is subject to carrier network availability and is not guaranteed on all carriers.
Privacy
